A realistic portrait of a woman with dark skin and short dark hair, looking to the right, against a pink and red textured background.
Abstract painting featuring a dark brown section on the left, a bright white vertical strip, a vivid blue sky, and earth-toned ground and structures.
A black and white portrait of a young man with glasses, short wavy hair, a beard and mustache, wearing a button-up shirt, facing directly toward the camera.

A bit more about me…

As far as my memory can go, I have always been drawing. Art is, to me, a natural path and way to connect to the world. I kept following this quest wherever my life took me - growing up in the North of France until now, living in London, after several years traveling between Europe and Asia - I am driven by the sparkling need to create.

My artworks alternate figuration and abstraction aiming at rendering a bit of the poetry and beauty I see in what surrounds me. I work using several mediums (drawing, oil painting...) but have a special love for Pastels, for the richness of their colours, their delicacy, and the variety of textures they offer.

I am mainly self taught, building my craft on personal observation and long drawing sessions in Paris and London museums. I have also trained in different programs, focusing on the figure and portraiture, in Beaux Arts, in the Académie de la Grande Chaumière and at the Heatherley School of Fine Art.
